"Didn’t have much of what I needed"
I stopped in hoping to grab some basic gear, but the selection felt limited. Couldn’t really find the equipment I was looking for, which was a bit frustrating tbh.

"Support didn’t really help"
I contacted GrowersHouse.com tech support because my setup was giving me trouble and I just needed basic help. Replies took a while, it felt like they skimmed my messages.

After a few back-and-forths, nothing was fixed, so I stopped trying. Maybe other people had better luck, but my experience was frustrating

My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. Kinda frustrating ngl.

"Got my order and right away... not..."
Got my order and right away... not great. The box was crushed, barely taped shut, like it had been through a lot. Everything inside was shifting around too. One of the items ended up damaged, which was really frustrating. For what I paid, I expected the packaging to be a lot better. Just annoying. Not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Warranty help was kind of a mess"
I tried to get some help with the warranty and it turned into a whole runaround. One person would send me somewhere else, then I’d have to explain everything again, which got old fast. I mean, everyone I talked to was mostly polite, so that was nice, but the process itself was super frustrating and not easy at all...

I checked out GrowersHouse.com thinking I might find a decent deal, but the prices just didn’t make sense to me. A few things were marked down, but once I added everything up, it still felt more expensive than other places I had looked at. It kind of turned into one of those simple things that somehow gets made harder than it needs to be. Maybe their products are good, but I couldn’t justify paying more, so I ended up ordering somewhere else.

"Getting My Refund Felt Like an Eternity"
The whole return process was such a saga. I thought it would be quick and simple, but waiting for my refund felt like watching paint dry in slow motion. Way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Checkout was kind of a pain"
Checkout was annoying. My card got declined even though nothing was wrong with it, then the page took forever when I tried again. It went through eventually, but it wasn’t a smooth experience

"Not quite what I ordered"
I ordered a few grow supplies, but one item showed up in the wrong size and another was a completely different part than what I thought I bought. Maybe I missed something, but I’m sure the order wasn’t right. I had to go back and forth over email just to explain the issue, which got annoying. I just expected everything to be correct the first time

"Just didn’t feel quite reliable to me"
I spent some time looking through growershouse.com, but i didn’t feel totally comfortable placing an order. A few things seemed a bit unclear to me, and I wasn’t confident about how things would be handled if something went wrong. That’s just my read on it, and maybe other people have had perfectly fine experiences, but it didn’t give me enough trust to go ahead, so I decided to shop elsewhere.

"Kept showing items that weren’t actually available"
I tried ordering a few things, but a lot of what I needed ended up being out of stock. The frustrating part was that some items still looked available on the site until I got all the way to checkout. After that happened, I didn’t really feel like I could trust the inventory listed there. I ended up wasting time and just bought everything somewhere else.
